  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Shipping Costs​
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return. PearlsUnique is not liable for lost or stolen packages during return transit.
4. Inspection and Refund Process​
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items​
If your order arrives damaged or does not match the description, please contact us immediately at pearlsunique01@outlook.com​ with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Exchanges​
At this time, we process refunds rather than direct exchanges. You may place a new order for the desired item once your refund has been issued.
