Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return. PearlsUnique is not liable for lost or stolen packages during return transit.
4. Inspection and Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not match the description, please contact us immediately at pearlsunique01@outlook.com with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we process refunds rather than direct exchanges. You may place a new order for the desired item once your refund has been issued.
