Pratt purchased a collection of natural pearls that dated back to the 1920's.

We buy less than one ounce of pearls each year, most of these coming from local individuals who have inherited small collections taken from mussels harvested before the second world war. Due to pollution, environmental changes, and large scale commercial harvesting in the past, there is a very limited supply of new pearls. This will increase the value of the remaining pearls over the years.

Pearls Unique recommends wearing pearls. The more they are worn, the more beautiful they become. Remember, pearls go with any fashion, from formal wear to blue jeans.
